Is every item eligible for pick up ?
Yes, every ticket ordered on-line is available for Free pick up.
Can someone else pick up my order ?
Yes, you can send someone else to pick up your order, but there are a few extra steps you’ll need to take to verify your identity. This is for your protection and it will only take a few minutes.
1. You will need to send a copy of your credit card front and back
2. A copy of your ID (Photo ID only, so a drivers license, State ID or Passport will work)
3. You will also need a note with your signature authorizing the person to pick up your tickets.
4. The person picking up your tickets will be asked to show their ID as well.

Where is your store ?
We are conveniently located on the big corner of International Drive and Sand lake road. Our store is only minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World at 8000 International Drive. You’ll find us next to the Harley Davidson store.
